About Me
My name is Kel Barksdale, and I am a real human translator for German and English. I’m a native English speaker—I grew up in the U.S., in Virginia—and I have an M.A. in Translation with a focus on Literature & Media from Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany, where I’ve been living since 2015. I have been translating for over ten years, and I have experience across a broad spectrum of subjects, ranging from poetry to marketing to software.
